Returns & Refunds Policy

Important Notice: No Returns on Perishable Products

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law and ADAFSA (Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority) regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on fresh poultry and perishable food products due to health and safety requirements.

Our Quality Guarantee

While we cannot accept returns on perishable products, we stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. All Maple Gulf poultry products are:

  • 100% locally produced in UAE, corn-fed, and antibiotic-free
  • Halal-certified and ADAFSA-compliant
  • Harvested on-demand for maximum freshness (24-48 hour guarantee)
  • Temperature-controlled throughout the supply chain
  • Subject to stringent biosecurity and quality control measures

What If I Receive a Defective or Damaged Product?

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately. We take quality concerns very seriously.

Reporting Timeframe

Quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution. This timeframe is in accordance with ADAFSA guidelines for perishable food products.

To Report a Quality Issue:

  2. Provide your order number and delivery date
  3. Describe the issue in detail and provide photos if possible
  4. Keep the product refrigerated (do not freeze or discard) until we respond

Resolution Options

Upon verification of a legitimate quality issue, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement: We will arrange for a replacement product to be delivered at no additional cost
  • Store Credit: Issue a credit to your account for use on future orders
  • Refund: In exceptional cases, we may issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method

Resolution decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are final. Maple Gulf reserves the right to inspect the product before issuing a replacement or refund.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or preference
  • Products that have been improperly stored after delivery
  • Products that have been frozen, cooked, or prepared
  • Quality issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect address or recipient unavailability
  • Normal variations in product size, color, or appearance (all products are natural and may vary)

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law and ADAFSA regulations governing the sale of perishable food products. Under UAE law, perishable goods are exempt from standard return and exchange requirements due to health and safety considerations.
