Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG)
We utilize cutting-edge AWG technology to extract pure, fresh drinking water directly from atmospheric humidity. This innovative system provides our birds with clean, mineral-rich water while eliminating dependence on traditional water sources and reducing our environmental footprint.
Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD)
Our farm operates entirely on Zero Liquid Discharge principles. Every drop of wastewater is treated, purified, and reused within our closed-loop system. This ensures zero contamination of local water sources and maximizes water efficiency while maintaining the highest biosecurity standards.
On-Campus Biosecurity & Waste Processing
All waste is processed within our biosecure campus using zero-smoke, zero-odour systems. Unlike traditional farms that transport biohazardous waste off-site or bury it in land, our advanced processing eliminates contamination risks and food security concerns. This integrated approach ensures complete control over waste management while protecting the surrounding environment.
Premium Chicken Manure Fertilizer Production
We produce premium 100% chicken manure fertilizer from our waste streams. Processed using our zero-smoke, zero-odour biosecure systems, this natural fertilizer is perfect for commercial farms and home gardens. Rich in nutrients, it enhances soil quality and promotes healthy plant growth while completing our circular economy model.
Solar Energy Integration
Our facility features 5,000 m² of solar panels generating 40% of our energy needs. We're expanding capacity to reach 80% renewable energy by 2026, significantly reducing our carbon footprint.
Sustainable Feed Sourcing
We source corn and feed ingredients from local, sustainable suppliers, reducing transportation emissions and supporting regional agriculture. Our feed is 100% non-GMO and free from antibiotics.
