Maple Gulf operates in compliance with UAE Federal Law and is licensed by the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from Maple Gulf, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services or purchase our products.

3. Products and Services

Maple Gulf provides fresh poultry products including whole chickens, chicken parts, and related products. All products are:

• • Corn-fed and antibiotic-free
• • Halal-certified in accordance with Islamic dietary laws
• • Compliant with ADAFSA food safety standards

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary in size, color, and appearance due to the natural characteristics of poultry. We reserve the right to modify product offerings, prices, and specifications without prior notice.

4. Orders and Pricing

4.1 Order Placement

Orders can be placed through our website, email, or phone. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

4.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products for delivery.

4.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order placement.

4.4 Minimum Order

A minimum order value may apply depending on your location and delivery method. Minimum order requirements will be communicated during the checkout process.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• • Cash on delivery (where available)
• • Bank transfer (for B2B customers)

Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched, except for approved B2B customers with credit terms. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway. Maple Gulf does not store your payment card information.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Information page. By placing an order, you agree to:

• • Be available to receive the delivery during the scheduled time
• • Inspect products upon delivery
• • Refrigerate products immediately upon receipt

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Maple Gulf is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or force majeure events.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products and in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law and ADAFSA regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of defective or damaged products.

8. Product Quality and Safety

Maple Gulf is committed to providing safe, high-quality products. All products are produced and handled in accordance with:

• • Halal certification standards
• • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

It is the customer's responsibility to store and handle products properly after delivery. Maple Gulf is not liable for any issues arising from improper storage, handling, or preparation of products after delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• • Maple Gulf's total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question
• • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• • We are not liable for issues arising from improper storage, handling, or preparation of products after delivery
• • We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

This limitation of liability does not affect your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Maple Gulf AgriTech Farms and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
