Delivery Times
We offer flexible delivery options to meet your needs:
Standard Delivery (48 Hours)
Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed and delivered within 48 hours. This ensures maximum freshness as birds are harvested on-demand based on orders.
Free for orders over AED 200
Express Delivery (24 Hours)
Available for select areas in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
Additional AED 25 fee
Scheduled Delivery
Choose a specific delivery date and time window (subject to availability). Ideal for events, restaurants, and bulk orders.

Temperature-Controlled Delivery
Food safety is our top priority. All deliveries are made in compliance with ADAFSA (Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority) cold chain requirements:
- ✓All products are transported in refrigerated vehicles maintaining 0-4°C
- ✓Insulated packaging with ice packs for extended freshness
- ✓Temperature monitoring throughout the delivery process
- ✓Drivers trained in food safety and handling procedures
Packaging Standards
Our packaging meets UAE food safety standards and is designed to maintain product quality:
- ✓Food-grade vacuum-sealed packaging for freshness
- ✓Clear labeling with product name, weight, production date, and expiry date
- ✓Halal certification mark on all packages
- ✓Recyclable and eco-friendly packaging materials where possible
Delivery Instructions
To ensure successful delivery:
- Provide a complete and accurate delivery address including building name, villa number, and any access codes
- Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled time window
- Provide a working phone number for delivery coordination
- Refrigerate products immediately upon receipt
- Inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours
Failed Delivery Policy
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or access issues:
- •Our driver will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided
- •If contact cannot be made within 15 minutes, the order will be returned to our facility
- •Redelivery can be arranged for an additional fee of AED 25
- •Products cannot be returned or refunded after a failed delivery attempt
